Family Chiropractic
Doctors of Chiropractic will perform a detailed history and physical examination to reach a diagnosis and provide appropriate treatment plans. Various techniques are used including spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and functional rehabilitation. We treat all ages, from Pediatrics to Elderly.
Rehabilitation
We will help you build strategies to correct imbalances, strengthen weak areas, restore mobility and develop long term solutions for your pain and mechanical dysfunctions.
Registered Massage Therapy
Consists primarily of hands-on manipulation to the soft tissues of the body which will result in more mobility, less pain, increase circulation, reduction of scar tissue, and release of endorphins.
Custom Bracing
Partnering with the leading custom medical equipment companies, we will complete a detailed orthopaedic exam and create custom made braces to provide stability and unload arthritic or painful joints.
Custom Orthotics
Custom orthotics will be made following a detailed biomechanical analysis of your gait and orthopaedic profile.

Bioflex Laser Therapy
BIOFLEX Laser Therapy utilizes scientifically developed and clinically tested protocols that maximize the effectiveness of treatment of an extensive range of clinical pathologies. Laser Technology uses superluminous and laser diodes to treat diseased or traumatized tissue with photons, leading to the restoration of normal cell structure and function

Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic Therapy is offered by Therapist Audrey Collins. She has 10 years of experience in rehabilitation and her practice focus is managing clients with spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, neurological and orthopedic injuries.
PostNatal Rehabilitation
Mama...you matter!
Dr. Kassie Wright provides group rehabilitation classes for postnatal patients. A detailed assessment, pelvic floor strengthening, core control, Diastasis Recti check and promotion of healing, lower back pain, posture and more are addressed in this 8 class series.
Prenatal Chiropractic
Dr. Kassie Wright is certified in Webster Technique, a Chiropractic assessment and treatment protocol designed for pregnancy patients. Ease aches and pains, optimize pelvic and sacral positioning, and relieve tension on ligaments and muscles.
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic Medicine uses a natural approach to support and stimulate healing. Dr. Zoldy uses a comprehensive investigation to diagnose and manage the source of each health concern. A wide range of treatments are offered including acupuncture, cupping, blood work, supplements, diet and nutrition.
Kelsey Sharpless Counselling
First and foremost, Kelsey's approach to therapy is holistic, she encourages you to look at all areas of your life when talking about the difficulty you bring to the session. What got you here? Are there patterns in your life that are no longer serving you? Let's work on processing hard things and making small changes to improve your life.
Therapy is an important investment in yourself and Kelsey takes her role as the facilitator of your therapy very seriously.
Kelsey specializes in trauma therapy, including family of origin issues (boundary setting, understanding impact of parental attachment) and has much experience working with children and teens.
